Lt Col James Hayes is a combat-tested leader in the United States Air Force Reserves. A U.S. Air Force Academy graduate and former U-2 Dragon Lady pilot, he has served at the squadron, group, and wing levels—always with integrity, excellence, and mission-first leadership.

James and his wife opened their home to three children through foster care adoption. That experience fuels his commitment to protecting children, helping families flourish, and defending parents’ rights in education and health care decisions.

James is blessed to be married to his amazing wife, Kasy, for almost 18 years. He holds a degree in Economics from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a MA Theological Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary, and feels called to faithfully serve the people of Northwest Florida
